Summary: House is beautiful. Had to call electrical company upon arrival due to gas leak. Couldn’t immediately reach the owner. Hot water heater had a leak so had to continuously turn hot water off and on as it was needed. Encourage the owners to finish the backyard and provide seating.

Summary: The property was very clean. The design style was super cute and charming. Plenty of seating throughout the house. Great location- less than 10 min drive to the power and light district. The only thing that wasn’t great was we could not use the outdoor seating in the backyard as there were lots of oak mites present. Thankfully the front porch had plenty of chairs so we spent most of our time there. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this cute house in downtown KC.

Summary: We had a great stay at this VRBO! The host was very responsive and helpful and the place was very clean and had everything we needed. We were walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars and just a short Uber ride to the power and light district. Would definitely stay here again!
