Positive: Easy to find, rooms spacious, no wait to check in, kind employees.

Negative: Handi-cap parking spaces taken by people without required tags, not enough handicap spots, no one at desk at 10:30PM when we returned from an event to complain or alert. Large truck with boat attached parked outside front entry that would be a good handicap spot.
