Summary: The ice machine wasn't working when I got there, but it was quickly fixed. The refrigerator in my room (104) was not working well. Then apparently some ice fell off and melted on the floor and it seemed to work better after that. I called the front desk when I used the pool and discovered there was no dry towel for me to use and let them know towels were needed at the pool. Several hours later I checked and there still were not dry towels to use. Perhaps they were keeping towels back for the community pool exercise the next morning whic had a lot of participants.
