Summary: Always clean. Easy access. Friendly staff. Quiet

Summary: The beds felt nice, but the pillows were a bit too squishy. We also rented a room with a hot tub in it, and the tub jets were not working. I was also surprised to see the side door to the outside with a ziptie on it.

Summary: The shower bathroom area I doubt has been cleaned thoroughly time. Had creamer by the coffee area that expired two weeks ago.

Summary: Check-in was a breeze. The room was clean and tidy. Didn’t appreciate being walked in on by the cleaning staff as I was in the shower though.

Summary: The check-in was bad, the staff couldn't find my rooms. However they placed us in 2 other rooms for our stay. Rooms were fine and staff was courteous, but the stress and concern for our original booking thru Hotels.com was very upsetting.
