Summary: Everything was fine, except that we had to leave early, because of a work emergency, and the method for cancelling the third night was to call a number for Expedia. It couldn’t be done at the desk. The problem was that we couldn’t get through. So the room was empty and we paid for it anyway. Not thrilled about that.

Summary: Arrived very late stayed 2 nights..paid in advance but night person had to input my credit card info manally for 200 dollar incidentals fee.. not enough towels in room for 3 persons to have a shower... paid more for what l thought would be a better room but queen beds are not queen beds.dresser might be 18 inches high... asked for a late checkout Sunday morning but was told no.. Maybe check back in morning... microwave and fridge are miniature.. room wasn't made up after first night... not many positives... tv and channels offered are excellent.. Room was very clean

Summary: When we turned on the light switch both light fixtures above the bed were covered in hundreds of bugs, they clearly had not been cleaned for a very long time.
