Positive: Location was great, close to our event that weekend
Negative: There were many broken items in our room: the corner lamp was wobbly, the dryer rack in the washroom to place the hair dryer was missing only the bracket on the wall, the toilet paper holder was broken and paper was on the counter when we arrived, the hooks on the back of the washroom door to hang the towels were all broken. Breakfast was ok. When we arrived we were informed that payment was due at check in not at check out like most places I have stayed before. Front desk was left unoccupied by staff a lot with a be back in 10 minute sign not something you like to see when checking out and need a copy of an invoice.
