Positive: everything was very clean, bed was comfy and the staff very friendly

Negative: the bathroom shampoo and conditioner was empty, but I had my own. other than that, great value.

Positive: I was pleasantly surprised to find that the rooms had interior entrances (as a hotel should). The price was low compared to other available options. I wasn't pleased able to book online for the same night stay with ease.

Negative: The look of the building exterior and property (upon arrival) game me the impression that we had accidentally booked a dingy motel. The hotel advertised "hot breakfast" but the only hot food items served were waffles (which had run out of batter before my family got there despite our arriving within the designated "hot breakfast" hours), stale crusted biscuits with plain country gravy, coffee and oatmeal. The majority of breakfast options they offered were cold. I had at least expected som sausage links or egg patties. Though I was surprised by the hotel's interior access doors I wasn't pleased with the cleanliness or maintenance of the location; multiple spots of chipped and peeling paint, dinged walls and doors and the seal of the door was concerning as the hallway light could be seen around the frame of the door when it was closed.

Summary: Like camping out, the stay wasn't completely comfortable but endurable.
