Negative: Room didn’t have heat. 221 the unit wouldn’t turn on at all. We didn’t even use it till the morning (well tried). The guy just shrugged his shoulders and ignored me when I told him it didn’t have heat. Good luck to the next people who stay

Positive: Beware using booking.com. It is impossible to reach customer service with an issue. They booked me a smoking suite. But it did not exsist. I had to pay almost double for the room i got. Because it was impossible to change it. Especially with no form of customer service. Either by phone nor online

Positive: The pool and hot tub were very nice the beds in the room were very comfortable too, AC and heater worked amazing
