Beautiful panoramic Lake Travis and Texas Hill Country views for your next get away at this luxury hilltop villa. Newly decorated, this villa provides you with luxury and convenient access to the amenities at the Hollows Resort.
This 3 bedroom/2 bath villa is very spacious at over 1440 sq. ft with a fully equipped kitchen and two dining areas, one indoor and one on the patio with a beautiful lake view. Bedding includes a king, queen, two twins, and sleeps 6. The master bedroom has a private bath and private access to a porch sitting area. The second guest bedroom also has a private bath.
Relax on the oversized back covered porch that includes three comfortable seating areas as well as a barbecue grill and large table that seats six for your outdoor living area/dining needs.
The Hollows Resort is the only master planned community on Lake Travis and is the most scenic location on the lake with 1,500 acres of beautiful Texas Hill Country surrounded by the clear waters of the premier recreational lake. From Edgewood Way Drive you can access the lake through a beautiful nature trail that leads to a Lake Travis cove next to the Beach Club. Also, on Edgewood Way Drive at the highest point of the resort is the Hilltop Smokehouse. This is a great place for family gatherings and has covered seating, a large fire pit, grill, smoker, restrooms, and is a wonderful place to watch the sunset.
The Beach Club includes a Grill/Bar, an infinity pool, children's pool, spa pools/hot tub, large smokehouse, fitness center, hammocks, grills, a sand volleyball court, and access to the lake. And there are 15 miles of hiking trails throughout the resort and meander among the hills and wooded forests down to the lake.
You can launch your boat or personal watercraft at our private boat ramp and store your trailer in a secure area. The full-service Hollows Marina has slips for overnight rental, a fuel dock, and a ships store for your convenience. You can also rent ski or pontoon boats at nearby locations. Lake Travis is a 65-mile-long lake and has many beautiful coves for swimming as well as numerous restaurants, marinas, and services for your days on the water.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay over the July 4 weekend. When we arrived, the check in process was easy and the property was very clean. It had everything you needed for a great stay and had starter items which gave you time to run to the store. From the welcome basket to area restaurant recommendations to detailed instructions. The kitchen had everything you needed (pots/pans, basic spices, lots of cooking utensils), the beds were very comfortable and the views from the balcony were relaxing. We sat on the balcony with our coffee every morning watching the hummingbirds and had a glass of wine in the evening. The air conditioner worked great after being at the beach club. We would definitely rent this property again.
