Summary: Love the views and the surrounding woods. Very private. Quiet. Located near suburban amenities, restaurants, grocery stores. The house has beautifully landscaped terraces for sitting and relaxing with coffee or cocktail in hand. Love the deck, outdoor furniture, and a bonus ‘Cowboy tank’ that fits 5-6 adults for a hot tub or an ice bath, depending on the weather. The interior includes equally nice master suite and guest suite. Very spacious. Large bathrooms and walk-in closets. Huge laundry room. Two car garage with level 2 charger. Well appointed with wood flooring, Texas art, gourmet kitchen, and western executive office. Interior gas fireplace and exterior wood burning fireplace. Everything in this house is premium, great attention to detail.
