Positive: Quaint 3rd Floor loft is the upper floor of a handsome 1900's detached residence, with it's own separate access. Our Hosts had thought of absolutely everything to make this visit turn-key. The apartment is fully stocked so we didn't have to find a convenience store for basic essentials - coffee sugar foil wrap condiments etc the list would fill this page! Communication from the start was first class and we were made to feel very welcome on arrival. Budget comfortable accommodation in a fine neighbourhood close to the centre of Lansdowne makes this quiet secluded apartment a go-to for your staycation!

Positive: The space was nicely decorated and it had everything one needed for a home away from home. The host Portia went above and beyond to help me with a last minute trip change and I cannot be more grateful for her sincere help and kindness.

Negative: The only thing tricky was the first flight of stairs. A bit narrow and steep. But it was negotiable if you are careful.

Summary: A comfortable stay in a friendly home. The location was great too. Peaceful and safe.

Negative: If I had one complaint it was that I went to take a hot shower and the water stopped being hot after 5 minutes - turned cold.

Positive: The host was super responsive and the house was extremely clean. There was a lot of space and the location was perfect. Plenty of parking on the street or in the driveway. We only stayed one night, so probably didn’t take full advantage of the space but well stocked and welcoming.

Negative: My only recommendation would be an additional lock on the door at the bottom of the stairs. It opens outward and was really hard to tell if it was locked from the inside. There are a lot of stairs, which for us was a no problem but a consideration.

Summary: Perfect for our short trip to visit colleges.

Positive: The location was great and extremely cozy. It was clean with proper amenities and additional items for a great stay. I thought the bed and the couch were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was very nice size. I thought the neighborhood was adorable and the host was very accommodating.

Negative: I felt very safe and protected but the gate at the top of the stairs made me wish for a little bit more privacy.
