Summary: The 3rd floor loft was just what we needed for a short stay near Philly. Portia was the perfect host; her communication was timely and she wanted to make sure the Loft met our expectations. If you book with her, I am confident she will fix any issues so your stay is as enjoyable as ours. The Loft is clean and spacious. The kitchenette is well stocked with the basic essentials so you can prepare simple meals. The powerful AC window units cooled the bedroom and the living space to a very comfortable temperature, so don’t be discouraged that the Loft doesn’t have central AC. Summary: The owner was so friendly & accommodating! She replied quickly to any communications! It is a third floor and it was very, very hot outside exceptionally hot for August, therefore the loft took quite a while to cool off … otherwise I really enjoyed it and the kitchen has lots of accommodations for cooking and coffee, etc. Although I didn’t need to do any cooking! Everything is very, very clean!
