2 bed 1.5 bath sunlight filled Farmhouse with water views of Wequetequock Cove. Private yard with stone patio and a shaded picnic table and front porch facing the water and a beautiful enclosed sunroom. Updated 1851-built house with lots of character!
Primary bedroom upstairs with queen bed and water views + second bedroom upstairs with two twin beds. Added twin bed in office on main floor. Full bathroom upstairs with toilet room off the kitchen on the main floor. New mini-split Air Conditioning system installed. Laundry access can be arranged for 1 week or longer stays.
Less than 10 minutes to Mystic, Westerly and Stonington Borough and less than 5 minutes from Saltwater Farm Vineyards and Stone Acres Farm. Rent kayaks across the street at the marina, or go hiking on Barn Island Preserve. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the front porch or sun room!

Summary: The property is lovely and picturesque. Very charming with plenty of room for a family of four. The beds and comfortable with nice linens to make you feel at home. The kitchen is well equipped not to mention great cutlery. The property is located in between Westerly and Mystic (Perfecto).

Summary: We enjoyed our 1 night stay at the cottage. The welcome basket was greatly appreciated. The owner set up the pack and play for my granddaughter which was a big help. We would certainly consider returning!

Summary: I recommend this place for a vacation anytime of the year. We only stayed one night because we were doing a short weekend trip, but I want to come back and stay a whole week during the summer! We loved this beautiful and well kept old house with an amazing sun porch and outside porch! A perfect spot to relax and drink your coffee every morning. The rooms are cozy, comfortable, and clean! Bathrooms were nice and clean as well with nice fluffy towels. Stonington is beautiful and only 11 minutes from Mystic where we picked up dinner and brought it back to the house. Mystic is a very cute town with lots of shops and restaurants too! There would be plenty to explore in nearby towns but you are also not far from other parts of New England if you wanted to do some day trips. We went to Salem, MA the next morning. Such a fun and memorable stay on our trip!
