Positive: Sarah & Chris were the most hospitable of inn keepers, They truly made us feel at home. Breakfast was abundant and showed the care that goes into every aspect of their concern for their guests. The property is truly beautiful and kept clean and neat in every corner of the facility. as for the location, it is a wonderful place to stay and use as a home base to tour the area before moving on to Providence.

Negative: It is hard to improve upon perfection. The inn keepers have thought of everything. They even changed the towels every day, which is not always the case these days. this place is a gem, and should not be missed. Worth every penny.

Positive: Beautifully decorated with great taste appropriate to the age and style of the house. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. Lovely home made breakfasts. My husband raved about the crisp bacon. A glass of wine and cheese board were waiting for us each evening. The house was spotless and the grounds so beautiful with ancient trees and and river scenes. It is only a few miles from Watch Hill but be prepared for tough parking. We will definitely be return guests.

Negative: We have absolutely no complaints.
