Positive: Lovely outdoor area. Nice and spacious. Had everything you need to stay. Would stay again.

Negative: If im being picky No curtains in master bedroom only netting. Neighbours had party first night till 1am was nicotine ideal when you tired

Positive: The location is absolutely stunning!! Only a 10 minute drive from the city centre, but it's a super quiet street, with nothing but the odd sound from the sheep next door. Three kids under 5 had an absolute blast, and my bestie and I loved that the house had everything we needed to keep them entertained, and easy to clean up after them as well

Negative: There's no clock on the open plan living/kitchen area. This isn't a bad thing if you're there to relax, but definitely a bad thing during a kiwi summer if you have kids to feed, and it looks like 4pm, when it's actually 9pm lol The only other thing I would recommend, is if you suffer from hayfever, you will need every type of antihistamine under the sun! There are paddocks behind the property, and a little wind tunnel by the outdoor sitting and BBQ area. I lasted all of 5 minutes out there before I had to do a quick trip to the chemist.
