Positive: Located within walking distance to Shanghai Metro and local restaurants. Chengyun provided lots of bottled water, TP, and tissue.

Negative: The beds were too hard for us senior citizens. Minimal kitchen utensils.

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was great, only 4-6 minutes to the metro(very close to the city centre and tourist places). The infrastructure in the neighborhood is good. Many places to eat, to shop. Our room was quite spacious, 2 big beds and a little kitchen. There were all bathroom amenities(we didn't even expect that much). Mr. Lee is a very friendly and responsive (always online) person with amazing English skills and sense of humour. Check-in 24/7. Definitely recommend staying here!

Negative: A bit damp, clothes needed quite a lot of time to dry(AC helped a lot). Honestly, nothing was actually unsatisfactory. Indeed a good price-quality ratio.

Positive: Exceptional room and service, Vivi was so very kind to come and get me outside the building (I wasn't sure where the entrace was) and Lee was great, always available via WeChat and to promply answer to all of my question. He even granted me an early check-in whith no extra charge. I absolutely recommend the hotel and a huge thank you to the staff! Irene
