Positive: Everything. We had a wonderful time in the apartment. It was very clean, modernly furnished, and looked exactly like the photos. The kitchen was equipped with everything necessary. Mr. Chen provided us with slippers and plenty of drinking water. Mr. Chen was always friendly and helpful. We would love to come back!

Positive: Large, comfortable apartment with stunning views.Quiet area with metro access very close by. Mr Chen was responsive and spoke good English. I appreciated the washing machine and packet of laundry detergent.
Negative: Felt a little away from the main sights, but very accessible with the metro.

Positive: I would like to rate this hotel 12 score if I can while Booking.com has only 10. The extra 2 score, I give to Mr.Chen ,who was at the reception,for his kind service mind. I strongly recommend this hotel and will stay again if I visit SH again. The hotel is in the good location.The subway line 4 is just about 100 m away at the corner. The apartment is spacious. There is electric stove top. You can request kitchenette (Mr.Chen can provide them but I did not use them.) The room was clean. Supplies in the room were filled everyday during my stay. Luggages can be left at the reception (at the first floor).
Negative: None. Just point out that the hotel name is Lentino. So, looking for this name rather than Pu Yu apartment. Reception is at the 1 floor but accommodation is at the 20 fl. Should inform hotel in advance before arrival.
Summary: Beyond expectation.

Positive: The place was very clean and nice, very quiet area. The apartment was spacious. The location was close to KFC and McDonald's, also near to line 4 Tangqiao station within Ealing distance. The staff was very friendly and good to us even replacing the toiletries and towels, also kept the room very clean. Very secure place Here is the front desk of LUNTINO Hotel. It belongs to them. We arrived quite early for check in and everything was arranged for us. The front desk can store your luggage and the rooms are quite comfortable. If you have any problems, Mr. Chen who is very helpful and attentive can solve them promptly.
