Positive: The location couldn’t be better — it’s just a few minutes from the Corniche, Qaitbay Citadel, the Fish Market, and the historic Anfoushi area. You can easily walk to the old port, the seafood restaurants along the waterfront, and even enjoy a short ride to Stanley Bridge and Bibliotheca Alexandrina. The neighborhood is full of life, history, and authentic Alexandrian charm. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a beautiful sea view. The hosts were friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. It’s a perfect spot for anyone who wants to experience the heart of Alexandria — close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommended!

Positive: needed a set of dishes and dish towels to wipe the countertops and table. water leaking in kitchen and hand held shower had no place to hang it. Beds were great. the view was incredible. it is in the midst of the best restaurants within a very short walk.

Summary: I think if they fix a couple things I would stay again.

Positive: The Qaitbay Citadel View property is located in a part of the city called Bahary. The property is approximately an hour and a half away from Borg El Arab Airport. The apartment consists of a spacious living room that leads to a small beutiful balcony, a bedroom with a beautiful window and view, a bathroom of standard size, and another room with two beds that does not have a view. Alexandria stretches along 32 km of Mediterranean coastline. A great way to explore it is by taking the Red Bus – just wave it down on the main road; a one-way ticket costs 28 EGP. From the balcony, you can enjoy views of the Library of Alexandria and the Citadel of Qaitbay. Most attractions are nearby, and a fun way to explore the city is by horse carriage – one hour costs about 10 EUR. Life in Alexandria is vibrant and energetic, very different from Europe. The traffic is lively, the city can be untidy, but the locals are warm and welcoming. If you love animals, consider carrying some food for the many street cats and dogs. :-) Alexandria is full of life, day and night – the city never sleeps.

Positive: Sherif was so kind and supportive he was responsive to any issue we face . View of the apartment is amazing only needs more powerful ac as it is on last floor. People there are so kind and helpful
