Positive: We stayed for 5 days and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The property is stunningly designed, combining elegance with a cozy, grounded feel. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and offered breathtaking views of the mountains and rice terraces. The food was a major highlight, everything from the fresh breakfast Pho to dinner tasted authentic and thoughtfully prepared. Most of all, the hosts were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive.

Positive: I had an amazing stay here, set amongst the rice paddies. The room was beautiful (Bat Trang) decorated with Bat trang pottery. The mosaic bathroom was fabulous, great shower and bath tub. The bed was so comfortable and beautifully soft linens. Food was really good and the presentation so pretty. The owners were very attentive and took the time to speak to all their guests. They arranged for a motorbike driver to take me to the waterfalls, he was lovely too. Helping with luggage to my transfer. I didnt really want to leave. Thank you for an amazing stay! 😊

Positive: The staff are super friendly and the tour is fantastic with two very helpful and caring tour guides. The food is nice too. However the network is weak. We could barely use our internet on the 2/F.

Positive: Amazing stay in Pu Luong! Cannot recommend this place enough. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the accommodation was brand new and it felt very special. Beautiful views, tasteful decor, delicious food, tranquil location, comfortable rooms - what more could you want. Also want to thank the manager for catering to our dietary requirements as vegans. So very grateful! Restaurant standard food 3 times a day was a luxury. Thank you!!!

Positive: I had a wonderful stay at Qui E Ora. The room was very nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet area, next to rice fields and with the mountains right behind. The staff and the owner were extremely friendly and helpful. They take very good care of the guests and truly care about their experience. They helped me book my transfers from and to Hanoi, they found me amazing local guides to take me around and they took the time to sit and chat with me in several occasions. It felt like home! The food they serve at their restaurant is also very nice and the menu is varied, especially considering where we are. I can only recommend this place and I will definitely go back!

Negative: There were some natural made sitting pillows located in front of the bed that had mold on it . This would be something to re think to keep it in the room

Positive: The staff was very kind and hospitable, and made me feel welcome. Great communication before and throughout the stay. The room was nice and clean. Food at the restaurant was good and portions were generous.

Negative: The pollution and air quality was really bad. I do realize this goes beyond what the hotel can do on their own - but trash and plastics burning need to be better controlled in the region (and around the hotel). Had I known, I would rather have traveled during the rainy season in May-Sept instead.

Positive: What a beautiful property perched high up on the mountain with breathtaking views over the valleys and wonderful hosts which made us all feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble they looked after us really well would love to return and next time hopefully use there fantastic swimming pool

Positive: Fantastic experience! The owners are wonderful hosts who truly care about their guests, which made me feel very welcome as a solo traveler. My room was large with a magnificent view, and the infinity pool is simply gorgeous. I also loved the food; both the breakfast and evening meals were superb. A true gem!
