Positive: Super Location. Everything is like the pictures show. Not as touristy as many other locations which is very nice. At least we prefer not to meet Germans next to us but also have a more local experience. Walk to the caves definitely recommended. All the stuff was incredibly helpful, always nice, always a smile, we had a sick baby and the host even got up in the night to organize a driver to go to the hospital and helped us bring our luggage down etc. this is very unique. If i am in this area again i would go again and would also recommend to friends!

Negative: If you look for complaints you could write breakfast could be a bit richer i.e. more fruits. For vegetarians it would be nice to have descriptions - not always clear if meat is included or vegatarian…

Positive: Best resort weve been to in Vietnam so far! The place is beautiful, the room was big, the bed and pillows were super comfy, there were nets on all windows, the place is in the middle of nature and yet no one insect got inside the room! Most importanttly, the service was above and beyond. The staff were super attentive, proactive, and did everything in their powers to make our stay good and memorable! ❤️

Summary: This is where you need to stay. Look no further! ❤️

Positive: The views were magnificent!! It was great fun to stay in the mountains among the cloud and sticky rice paddies!! The staff were all so friendly and very helpful! The food was delicious and prepared with great care. The owner, Hung, made a point to chat with us daily. The hotel reception was always so helpful with finding transportation and interesting excursions.

Negative: We loved everything!

Summary: A comfortable stay in a magical mountainside lodge!
