Positive: The space and the view was amazing. Facilities such as the lounge was great for business meetings The breakfast has something for everyone

Negative: The pillow seem a bit old and used. It would have been great if there was more facilities such as a sauna and included in the price.

Negative: Reception staff wasn’t friendly. No help with luggages , tried to charge security deposit fee without asking us. Rooms are a bit old. Not worth the price.

Positive: Quite a good hotel, clean, personal was very attentive, and most of the personal were speaking good English ; very were very heldful

Negative: It is far away from the centre, about 50 minutes ride with the TAXI

Negative: Overpriced coffee at $12AUD which was the same price as a beer was poor.

Positive: The hotel istself is OK, far from the centre, but is in the business centre, staff was very friendly, spoke good English and were helpful!

Negative: Rooms - already need to be renovated; Cleaness - not good, room are very dark, air conditioner did not work well!
