Positive: I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Everything was beautiful, clean and very professional, and I felt comfortable and well taken care of during my time there. I would like to especially thank one of the hotel staff who helped me on January 4th at the B1 entrance. He was on duty near the parking area and helped me explain the directions to my taxi driver, who was confused in the underground parking. He was also ready to take me to the taxi by the hotel cart if needed, and kindly assisted me with my luggage afterwards. His help was extremely thoughtful, calm and professional, and it made a stressful moment much easier for me. Thank you very much for such attentive service.

Positive: The room was very spacious and comfortable. The personnel was kind and helpful. The location is really interesting, in one of the largest stadiums. It is well connected to the city centre, three metro stations around.
