Summary: The room was clean, the shower was very hot, and the beds were comfortable, not much of a view, but that was ok The room was quiet at night The temperature of the room was hard to control The staff was very friendly and helpful The shuttle is a great way to get back and forth to downtown The convenience store is a great addition to be able to grab a quick snack or drink The indoor pool was very clean but cold The hot tub was very small, and the jets were not working Would stay again

Summary: The Marriot Providence is a very nice place to stay. Gratis afternoon wine and apps and morning coffee in lobby an added plus. Staff helpful and Blue Fin restaurant were ex- ceptional. Only complaint was some difficulty accessing internet in our room which caused me to access an important voice message on my phone. All in all recommend!
