Positive: The staff were friendly and attentive. The villa was comfortable and secluded so very private which was nice.

Negative: The inflexibility of the staff. Asked for a small variation to the menu item ordered which was flatly refused. Same with a request for a possible change to check out time. I accept that these requests cannot always be met but the communication should convey at least a willingness to consider and not a flat NO. Perhaps a bit of training on customer care.
