Negative: Not a lot of food options the restaurant is basic. And takes over 30min to prepare the food. The pools are not heated and is very cold.

Positive: Excellent rooms we were a family of 24 adults and children and had different rooms in different areas of the property and everybody loved their rooms and facilities. The views were exceptional such a peaceful retreat really good staff good breakfast and meals.

Negative: The only thing I would say is it would be nice to have heated swimming pools as the pools were very cold. I had a private pool in my room that I could only use once because it was very cold even on the warm days that we had.

Positive: Amazing, relaxing atmosphere in a beautiful location, though a bit far from the city. It’s about a 1-hour drive from the airport, and the taxi costs 1,200 baht. Clean with a pleasant smell. Hot shower. Good breakfast. Wonderful hot tub, warm pool, and also a cold-water pool.

Negative: The minimum cost for massage 1750+ THB. No microwave oven. If you want to heat anything you will be extra charged. If you don’t have your own transport, it will be difficult to travel nearby places, such as Queen Sirikit botanical garden.
