Summary: The hotel is fine but there was almost zero customer service beyond the check-in. The room was not made upon during my 3 night stay. I don't mind this but would expect at least to be asked. Baggage storage was self-service - they give you a key and you take your own bags in to a storage room. I found the vegan food corner at the breakfast buffet after being vaguely waved towards it by restaurant staff and hunting around a bit. Generally not feels like the staff need to be taught basic customer service. Comfort-wise the room was OK although there was a strange soft layer under the sheet on the bed and the shower is badly designed so that the bathroom floor gets very wet.

Summary: It was a fine stay for the price. its close to the city center and central station. was quite. bed a bit too soft for my taste. but was fine. Only 'complaint' is i thought the break fast was a bit sparse.
