Only 1 block from Main St. shops/restaurants/coffee shops/music venues. The Ecusta Trail is also across the street. Summary: The cottage is perfect for a couple wanting to get away for a few days. It is very cozy with a fireplace, king size bed, and a large bathroom. The cottage was very clean and well equipped with amenities. The location is ideal. You are within 2-4 blocks from restaurants and the downtown area.

Summary: Loved staying here, very clean and spacious. Sasha is an excellent host! Very comfortable bed, enjoyed the fireplace and the bathtub. Easily walkable to downtown Brevard. Will definitely stay here again, we had a wonderful weekend.

Summary: There were no utensils with the exception of one spoon by the coffee pot. I’m guessing to stir your coffee, No paper towels, no bathmat,no ice trays. Empty propane tank on the porch.

Summary: This is the best rental I have ever stayed in. Clean, gorgeous on the outside and in. Host is on property and was a pleasure to talk with. Nice, safe location and just a few steps away from downtown. Couldn't be happier! Definitely will come back!

Summary: Fantastic place to stay for our family (two adults and one 9 year old). Felt homey but still had plenty of space. Very clean and comfortable. Able to walk downtown in no time for food, drinks, chocolate, shopping, etc. Host was very kind and responsive. Will certainly stay here again when we come back to Brevard.
