Summary: We were in Brevard for a few days and stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved being able to walk to town and the surrounding neighborhoods were beautiful. As a gardener, I had to stop and study all the different flowers .

Summary: This home is located close to downtown Brevard and everything Brevard has to offer. This home was very clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet. One of our goals was to see a white squirrel and we did not have to go far, as there was one in the front yard when we arrived.

Summary: It is a 5 but, but we are older. the steps in the yard are difficult to navigate because they are uneven rocks. Plus not well lighted at night. Could use a post lantern and landscape lighting. what is there is solar in a shaded yard. all other things are very nice.
