Summary: We Loved the location. Very close to downtown. There was some construction down the street but we didn’t hear it. All we heard were the birds. Hosts were great at communicating. Its a modest home but felt very roomy. The bathrooms were very nice.

Summary: Great communication before our stay. This house is well laid out with all the amenities, renovated bathrooms and comfortable beds. Nice open kitchen/living room/dining room layout with nice reclining chairs and a couch in the living area. It’s on a quiet street and a short stroll to downtown Brevard with all its restaurants and shops, which was nice after a day of hiking in Pisgah. The privacy fenced backyard with deck and hot tub is a relaxing place to hang out. Great stay!

Summary: Wow! The property was amazing, Jonathan and Ashley couldn't have been nicer, and check-in was easy. We wanted to stay within walking distance of downtown. I didn't realize this house was close to our favorite restaurants and music venue (185 King Street) but away from traffic and noise. We didn't need the car from the time we arrived until we left to return home. Though we didn't cook while there, anything we needed was available. The beds were comfortable, the gas fireplace knocked off the early and late chills, and the deck was wonderful for relaxing during the warm afternoons. I read some reviews that commented negatively about the neighborhood, but after being there, I'm not at all sure what they were describing. The neighborhood was clean, quiet, and safe. There is some construction going on nearby, but it was not noisy or inconveniencing in any way. I will certainly hope to stay here again when coming for music or simply visiting the town.

Summary: Location was great, even with some major construction close by. House was as advertised with great fenced back yard and hot tub is a nice bonus. For the most part floors, bathrooms, kitchen and main surfaces were clean. We contacted owners when we noticed dust balls coming from floor vents. They were more concerned with the custom floor vents than the cleanliness. We were threatened to be removed for touching the vents and cleanliness was never addressed other than a snarky unprofessional response. We left a day early and would not come back to this location.

Summary: The property is very close to downtown which is lovely. The neighborhood is in the process of changing and updating. The house is modest on the outside and very comfortable on the inside. They obviously used nice design elements to give a sense of comfort. The backyard is perfect for a family with a dog.

Summary: My husband and I visited with our two dogs. The house was just as nice as in the photos and description. The backyard was great for the dogs, and the hot tub was great for us! Location is an easy walk to Main Street and driveable/near many hikes and scenic spots. Don’t miss the Wild Morel ( 5 minute walk) for dinner. We loved the scallops and the trout!

Summary: The proximity to Brevard College was great the actual neighborhood was very disappointing. The adjacent run down homes were horrible yo look at and the new construction at end of street was loud at times. We understand how the area is renovating but need to let people know it is a less than desirable neighborhood but the house inside was great and Ashley is wonderful. Might be time for new furniture while it looks great the couch and chairs are hard to get out of as you si k down on them.
