Summary: The villa is breathtaking. I was speechless while being shown around the property as it is so beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. The pool is incredible, the villa has all the amenities you would ever need and more. The grounds to walk around are beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at villa Sonia and would love to come back again. The host Debora was so friendly and answered all our questions. This place is worth every penny.

Summary: Nous avons résidé à 10 adultes et grands adolescents (17 ans). La maison est parfaitement équipée et très agréable à vivre, ensemble ou dans des petits coins isolés. Florence, Sienne, San Gimignano, Pise... sont rapidement accessibles et le soir nous avons pu profiter de la piscine, du baby foot, du ping-pong... et des restaurants du village. Et des conseils de Deborah (de la famille des propriétaires) en anglais ou en italien. We stayed at 10 adults and teens, the house was perfectly furnished and equiped and we enjoyed visits in Florence, Sienna, Pisa... and the swimming pool to rest. Nice stay. We recommend the house and the owners-family.

Summary: Villa Sonia was perfect for our family vacation. There were eight of us in five separate rooms. All the spaces were very comfortable. The villa is spotless and well equipped. The grounds beautiful. It is very obvious the owners take very good care of this property. Debora met us upon arrival and gave us the grand tour to familiarize us with everything and answers our questions. As far as the location, it's close to Florence and in the heart of Chianti. We even were able to tour the beautiful Val D'Orcia region (highly recommended) and were back in time for dinner. There's a wonderful grocery store with everything you'd need plus wine very close by. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Summary: Great holiday, introduced to the property on arrival by the family/owners. Beautifully clean and the layout suited our 3 families perfectly. The kitchen was an added bonus, so many large houses we visit simply do not have the tools for cooking for 12 but this villa certainly does. So we eat most evenings at the villa but we did pop out and eat at the local pizzeria which is close and cheap and very tasty. Located with easy reach of San Gimignano/Florence/Siena and dozens of winery’s. We visited Fatteria La Ripa about a mile away and the host was knowledgeable and great story teller, so much more interesting than the normal ‘we produce 150k bottles and they cost €!’ All round great holiday and great and well appointed inside and out villa and the A/C was a really appreciated and well used !! We would highly recommend :-)
