Summary: We have stayed in this property for one week. The terrace, the garden, the view, and the shared pool on the community are fantastic! The house and the kitchen are well equipped. Good to know: There is no WIFI and barely 3 or 4 G coverage. It was a very hot week in July 2022 and the house became very hot as well. There were fans in each bedroom that provided some cooling during the night. From our point of view, all the beds need to be renewed soon.

Summary: What an ideal house to stay with your family on your vacation in Toscanna! The house is exactly as it shows in the pictures. Well furbished, it has anything that a family of four like ours may need. The house sits inside a house complex very well maintaned and a dream swimming pool. The house is spatious and modern, still with an antique touch.The kids just wanted to be in the swimming pool all day! It is however a very good place to visit the Toscana, Florence, Sienna, San Gimminiano, Monteriggioni or Greve in Chianti are just few kilometers away. There are plenty of supermarkets at a few minutes ride. We even got a welcome present from the owner. If you want to spend a week in la Toscana, relax and still visit around, enjoy the sunset from your terrace/garden and enjoy the splendid wine tasting in the region, this is the place to go. Highly recomended!!!!

Summary: "The house rests entirely with the pictures displayed on the web. It is located in a modern urbanization, maintained, high standing, very quiet and located in the countryside. The nearby town is very nice and the location of the house is ideal for visiting other sites in the Tuscany such as Volterra, San Gimigniano, Siena, Florence ... In Tavarnelle we find a good supermarket The house has everything you need to make your stay very pleasant, there are many details and the owner is very attentive to your needs and tastes. The house is very new and well equipped. The views from the large windows are beautiful. The pool is incredibly large, clean and equipped with sun beds, showers, umbrellas .... We just arrived and are already thinking of repeating"
