Deck with view of the 7 Sisters mountain range, great for soaking up rays or star gazing. Wi-fi, Smart TV with movie channels. Spacious bath with freestanding soaking tub and separate shower. We do have A/C. Walk to downtown Black Mountain where you will find quaint mountain shops, great restaurants, breweries and more. 15 minutes to Asheville. We are dog friendly with full fencing.. Summary: We had an amazing stay! Mary was incredibly thoughtful and kind. The room was perfect, just as described, and the balcony view was breathtaking! The fenced area was a dream for our dog. The town itself is fantastic, with tons of cool things to do and great breweries. We highly recommend this place and can't wait to return and visit Mary, Ottie and Taz again. - thanks for making our trip unforgettable!

Summary: Very comfortable, great location, very responsive host. There was a wide ranging power outage for just a few hours and host made sure we had flashlights and an electric lantern. Excellent. We’re going back.

Summary: Just what I was needing for a few nights traveling by myself. I was a bit hesitant before booking since it's attached to someone's house, but such positive reviews, I booked it. I'm glad I did. Mary was a wonderful host. Stairs up to your own entrance and balcony facing the mountains. Cute and charming inside with a spacious bathroom. Summary: The private upper room was perfect for our needs. Black Mountain was in the twenties, but our room was warm and cozy. Downtown is a minute away by car, or close enough to walk if you're into that sort of thing. Will definitely visit again.
