Summary: My room was very cold during my entire stay. My second night I was given a space heater which helped some. Additionally, my room was not cleaned during my stay despite leaving the tag on the door requesting it. The food is okay but lacks a lot of flavor. The room was very cute but could do with some remodeling.

Summary: This was our third stay at Red Rocker. It is always the loveliest place to visit, so easy to get to downtown and Violet could not be more helpful or kind. We will be back again!

Summary: We have stayed at the Red Rocker Inn several times before, the staff is always sweet and accomadating to whatever you need. We love going down for breakfast in the morning and enjoying the company of others if we wish. the fireplace is always going and its very cozy. you can walk just a couple of blocks and be in downtown black mountain. the restaurants are good and you have several varities.

Summary: Staff were very personable. Mike upgraded our room upon arrival. Violet could not do enough for us. She was also trying her hand at cooking breakfast — and it was exceptionally good.

Summary: Beautiful old home that has been well kept and beautiful inside and out . The location was within walking distance of town and in a very quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again and again ! Breakfast was wonderful too!
