Summary: The place is warm and welcoming and very comfortable. There are plenty of kitchen utensils, and well equipped. The host was accommodating and responded quickly to my messages. It is a nice and quiet location.

Summary: We stayed for 6 days and had a wonderful time. Our son is stationed at Vandenberg Space Force Base so this was a perfect location. We were easily able to visit the base, Santa Barbara, Solvang, Lompoc (where we were able to see a Space X launch), and a beautiful drive up to see the beaches along Hwy 1.It was a special surprise also to see that nearby is an airport they had a V-22 Osprey doing drills. The location is fairly quiet and close to shopping, if needed. The apartment was very clean, a full kitchen, and included several amenities such as dishes, pots and pans, washer/dryer combo with laundry soap provided, Keurig coffee maker (K-cups were provided). They even thought of the little things such as salt/pepper, tin foil, plastic wrap, teas etc .... The bed was very comfortable. We slept very well.This is a spacious 1 bedroom apartment located above a garage. Owners are on site, but to be honest, we barely saw them, so privacy was NOT an issue. The owner communicates very well with any questions that are needed. We were very pleased with our stay and highly recommend it. We hope to stay again one day.
