Positive: This is a minimally furnished one-room unit, with a shared bathroom. But the price is also minimal, and the facilities are clean, comfortable (in a monkish sort of way), and well disposed. The kitchen is fully functional, with a coffee maker, microwave, and generous refrigerator space. For value for money, you can't do much better.

Negative: I felt a bit insecure with the communications, which were extremely minimal. The description should really note that this is a third-floor unit accessed by outside stairs (not a problem for me, but I can imagine an issue for other renters). On the other hand, when I panicked a bit about the heat being off, it was addressed (though I don't know how), and the rental process itself is very simple (though it requires a good deal of trust from the renter).
