Summary: The house was exactly as described and was as nice as it looked in the photos. The property contact was very responsive and communicated well. Beds were comfy, plenty of linens available, kitchen well stocked, and all appliances and fixtures are updated. This was originally planned for my three adult sons to stay, but I ended up staying there several nights. Was a great location to visit family in Cromwell. We stayed 10 nights and would highly recommend.

Summary: We had a great stay at the beautifully remodeled unit. Place was clean with everything we needed. There is a family who lives in the upper unit and it is very easy to hear people walking around upstairs, only would bother if your a light sleeper. Other than that a great stay.

Summary: Nice, roomy clean with all the basic appliances. Looks like newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Manager Theo very nice to work with. Needed to drive to Wesleyan (instead of walking), but very close and easy. I enjoyed the short walk to Dunkin’ for coffee in the morning. Nice park with basketball courts around the block if you have kids. I would definitely stay again if going there with a group.

Summary: The apartment is clean and bright -- especially the big kitchen. It all has a relaxing, happy feel. Everything was brand new and worked perfectly. Beds were very comfortable. Laundry room was very handy. Huge TV in the living room was fun for evening movies. Double sink in the bathroom was also handy when my daughter and I were getting ready at the same time! Check-in and owner communication were easy and friendly. Location is convenient to Wesleyan and Middletown, restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend Taino Smokehouse (less than a block away) and Harrie's Jailhouse (a few blocks away). Loved staying here!
