Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Located in one of the newer areas of Havasu the house was more up to date and a more recent build than some of the remodeled older homes we've stayed in at Lake Havasu City. House is very well stocked with everything we need plus some. We will definitely try to stay here again on another trip to the lake.

Summary: This is a perfect place to stay in Lake Havasu. It is on the lake side of the highway with views of the lake. The house is huge and has everything you need for a great stay. The pool and hot tub are in great condition. It is a very nice and quiet neighborhood, but very close to everything. The communication was incredible and we felt like we were staying at our own place. Grab this place if it is available.
