Positive: All basic needs were provided until we could get to the store. Plenty of trash bags, dish soap, paper towels, toiletries etc. The coffee bar was amazing, the pool and outdoor area were superb; all 4 teens had a blast. The kitchen is stocked with all basic needs. We really appreciated the Brita water filter. The beds were comfy, the living room super cozy for movies, the bathrooms provided shampoo conditioner and body wash. Plenty of towels and rags, so happy about that. Basically this was the best! Also, they left an adorable goody basket of snacks! This property is a short drive to target and Publix’s and a dollar general right outside the entrance of the subdivision.

Positive: The pool and outdoor patio. Granddaughter liked the snack basket.

Negative: House has a faint smell of musty/mildew as you enter. All rooms upstairs has the noises portable ac units. Dishes were put not so clean. And you can’t check in until 4 pm sharp as the door code will not work till 4 pm.

Summary: It was a nice 2 night stay and beautiful weather to use the pool.

Positive: Adorable and spacious house. House was equipped with lots of things to make our stay easy: shampoo/soap, laundry supplies, card games, snacks, eating utensils, pots/pans. Rooms were set up nicely. All 7 of us fit comfortably in the house. Loved the back yard area for relaxing in the mornings.

Negative: Biggest complaint is the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. House had a musty smell from moisture (bearable). Air conditioner units in the bedrooms were pretty loud, but they did work great! Pool was a little dirty and the bar area by the pool was messy.
