Summary: One word sums this place up; MAGICAL. Very spacious for large groups, peaceful, and so beautiful and relaxing. From colorful azalea bushes and huge shade trees to spacious decks/balconies and tables for large groups. Chess and board games are supplied for some family fun. And parks nearby to take the littles to play!! Nearby stores for quick trips to the grocery store, as well as a mall nearby. This house feels centralized to many of the places one would want to visit. Tons of restaurants and beaches to explore. The options are endless. The host/hostess were prompt when responding to messages from me. Friendly, kind and helpful. Beds are super comfy, and the hot water and water pressure were outstanding. We absolutely loved our stay here for the week and hope to stay again this summer.

Summary: It was a big place, plenty of room and luxurious. The kitchen was well equipped, which was important for me, since I cooked the family meals. Plenty of seating for family and other guests. Great views of the bay, and nice old oaks on the property. Very nice neighborhood.

Summary: Communication with Shanna was wonderful. What a kind and considerate person! The house was perfect for our large family. 4 bedrooms/4 baths were a huge bonus. Bedrooms were quiet. Living room was large enough for all to sit comfortably. We had meals outside on the 2 decks. Tables outside can comfortably seat 18 total. Shanna made sure we had enough propane to grill on the nice BBQ. Relaxing to sit outside in such a green, beautiful and quiet backyard. Also enjoyed the front yard swing with a pretty, though distant water view. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Nice to be able to pull into the garage to park. Beautiful (and high-end) neighborhood was great for walks in the mornings. We'd definitely stay here again - just hope it's available.
