Summary: 12 men stayed 3 nights very comfortably. We had everything we needed and were within 30 minutes of at least 3 excellent golf courses. Lost power at one point and generator wouldnt start automatically. Grady came out within minutes and got us back online. Would definitely stay here again. Everything was just as advertised

Summary: This was my first time booking with VRBO and I was extremely happy with our accommodations. The River House was everything we hoped it would be. We only had 13 people in our stay but the place had plenty of room for many more people. The River House is beautiful and our host, Patricia was awesome! We will definitely be booking this place again in the future.

Summary: The house was even better than described. It’s a secluded location but within 25 minutes to everything we needed…golf courses and casinos. We had 16 at the house and had enough beds and bathrooms to enjoy each night. The kitchen area is huge with more space than you know what to do with. Outdoor area by hot tub is huge with tons of seating as well. New sectional in living area was really nice too. If you are a big golf group or just a family retreat you cannot go wrong with this place. Will book again.

Summary: This was an amazing experience! We had a perfect family reunion. Twenty six members of our family from age fourteen to eighty nine, from Lubbock TX to Ft Worth TX to Dallas TX to Flowood MS to Mobile AL to Parker FL got to spend precious time together. The property host was the kindest, friendliest person I've ever had the pleasure meeting and I one hundred percent recommend staying here.
