Just steps away from the beach you will enjoy this home away from home. The beautifully updated raised home is located 1 block from the beach. This spacious 3 bedroom / 2 full bath home sleeps 8 comfortably and has plenty to offer for your next family vacation, romantic getaway, or any other special occasion.
Be sure to start your day off with a cup of coffee on the back deck while gazing at the beach. The living room has plenty of seating with a spacious U-shaped couch. The spacious kitchen has a great flow complete with brand new appliances and the breakfast nook seats five. The over-sized master bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, TV, large closet and its own private bath complete with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has a full bed nd a bunk bed w/trundle(two twin and one full size) that will sleep a total of 4. Optionally the couch can sleep an additional 2 for a total of 10. The laundry has a full-size washer and brand new dryer for your use. This perfect vacation home has plenty of parking with a double driveway and you can park under the house for covered parking. There is a charcoal grill and picnic table for outside dining. There is even have wagon ready to pull to the beach filled with chairs, towels, umbrella and sand toys.
After a long day at the beach or enjoying all the Gulf Coast has to offer, spend quality time on the downstairs patio relaxing on the porch swing.
We provide a starter kit which includes essential such as bath towels, linens, toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, shampoo, hand soap, body wash, dish detergent, sponge, kitchen towel, and laundry detergent. We have a Walmart nearby where additional essentials can be purchased as needed.

HOUSE RULES
Renter must be at least 25, ID REQUIRED prior to confirmation of STAY/CHECK-IN and must match payment method. Whomever made the reservation, must be present during stay.

Summary: Excellent location, clean house, and pretty much has everything you need. There is a train that runs all day that you will hear around 1am and 3am. Two remotes didn’t have a back, which kept falling apart during our week of stay. I did alert the host, and he seemed unaware and I’m sure will fix this issue. We had a wonderful time at the beach and would definitely book again.

Summary: Great location! Loved drinking my morning coffee on the back porch and watching the water. Condo was as described on site and very well stocked. We had one issues but we were able to address it ourselves and I notified owner after we returned home. Would rent this condo again.

Summary: The house was clean, well organized and has everything you would need for a family vacation. There were plenty of household goods and the location is right by the beach. The only negative thing I can say is the train, there’s railroad tracks nearby, out of three night stay, twice it went by at 6:15am blaring the horn and once at 3:00am, so if you’re a light sleeper or have young kids, you might not be happy.
