Summary: There are few VRBO options in this area. This home is in a very convenient location. The guest house is probably twice the size of a deluxe queen hotel room and is quite comfortable for two people. Our week-long, mid-June stay was pleasant but the weather was unusually cool. Too cool for the pool! The owners live on site and were very accomodating. We appreciated their letting us check in early and allowing us to use their laundry facilities.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. Jane and George very helpful and because the unit was separate from the house and private. There is a nice pool too, but it was a little too chilly due to the season.

Summary: cute little place in a good location, great neighborhood. be nice if there was a door into the bedroom (looks like there used to be one, don't know why it would have been removed) - the bedroom is right off the livingroom so light and noise filters in. i am giving it 4 stars because the house was not as clean as it could have been, especially the bathroom and kitchen...

Summary: This property was exactly as described. It was nicely located in a central LA neighborhood, easy access to hiking and downtown LA. Comfortable. Jane and her husband were available but not intrusive.

Summary: I stayed for a month in the winter so out of season for beautiful pool. The ambiance inside is friendly. Small area for food prep but beautiful large dining table for prep and company. Living room sofa likely fine for most people but I have back trouble so too soft for me. Many spots to sit outdoors in the back yard. Easy parking on the road. Large outdoor table in photo actually for host family use.
