This single family 4 bedroom, 2 bath dwelling is located on 3/4 acre of lush grounds with a large pool (unheated) with deep and shallow ends for fun and relaxation. A large grassy yard ( difficult to find in Arizona) and lots of scrubs and flowers gives you plenty of privacy and a lot of grass to play lawn games and frisbee. A block wall surrounds the perimeter of the backyard so there is no direct fencing around the swimming pool. The backyard is huge and one of a kind. The private patio includes outdoor dining set, additional seating for relaxation, firepit and gas grill.
The split floor plan with the Master bedroom and bath is separate from the other 3 bedrooms and bath. A large eating space and table ( with extra leaf available) is central to the home. Master bedroom has a king bed, 2 bedrooms have queen beds, and a set of twin beds in 4th bedroom. There is plenty of couch seating in the living room and family rooms. Both have tv's and also a tv in the master bedroom. 5 minutes to shopping mall, restaurants, and golf. 2 adult bikes and 1 child bike for use in the garage.
