Summary: This home was the perfect stay for us on our Memorial Day weekend trip. The neighborhood is beautiful and there are plenty of shops, grocery stores, and food options near by. Overall, a very central location to get to downtown Phoenix or Old Scottsdale. The house is spacious, well kept, and was super clean for us upon arrival. It has plenty of windows that allow for excellent sunlight to come in, and there are also great shades if you want to keep the sun out! The kitchen is great for cooking (awesome appliances) and getting together with your group to come together and enjoy some food and drinks. The living room was also massive, with really comfortable couches and seating. The TV had all the apps and channels you would need if you are relaxing on the couch. There is a huge collection of board games as well with options for all types of groups. The backyard was amazing! There is a grill if you want to bbq, plenty of outdoor seating including pool chairs to lay out and soak up the sun! The pool was perfect with a nice shallow side to hang, lounge on the pool floats and then a nice deep end to get some swimming in. The pool house was really cool as well, we didn't use it much but there is a shuffle board table as well as some patio games like rope toss and big connect 4. Overall, we loved this house and it was perfect for us to use as a home base while exploring the greater PHX area.

Summary: The house was perfect for a family gathering (in town for a funeral). Plenty of space for the eight of us and other family that joined us in the evening. The kitchen was well stocked and drawers all labeled to help us put items away. There were more than enough place settings and cups galore. Bathrooms worked out great with plenty of room and towels. I loved the special touches of make-up towels and more labels! Although we didn’t use them, there were several games and puzzles. Downside was a trip hazard on the back patio and the hot tub cover latches were broken. But it didn’t really interfere with our stay. Several of us did miss there was a step in the garage! And a step down into the casita. These need to have reflective tape. Overall a great stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

Summary: This property is absolute perfection! The pictures do not show how absolutely beautiful every inch is! Not only beautiful, but functional and thoughtful down to the separate black makeup towels in the bathrooms! I would absolutely stay here every time I’m in Scottsdale celebrating with family!!

Summary: This home was perfect for our family! Loved the layout and outside pool area. The kitchen was well stocked with basic supplies which is always helpful! Great neighborhood with lots of stores and restaurants close by. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: I can't say enough about how much our family enjoyed our week-long getaway at Sol Vista. From the open concept in the living area that included various seating to the beautiful touches in each room it was better than you could ask for. In addition to that, the outdoor pool, hot tub, and casita games were incredible! There were so many options for seating for a large family/group and we spent a lot of time outside. We took walks throughout the neighborhood and were a quick drive from awesome dining! The host/guest contact were quick to respond and assist with any questions/needs we had which gave us peace of mind when staying at this vacation rental. Thank you for your hospitality, we would love to return in the future!

Summary: We picked the property because of the pool/hot tub and large living area. We paid to heat the pool and the grandkids spent hours in the pool between our off property activities.

Summary: Stayed here with my husband and my brother and his wife for 4 nights… son visited us as well, he lives in the Phoenix area~ everything was perfect, the house was clean, newly remodeled and wide open- very well equipped with everything we needed, no hassle check in, house was ready to go! Great central location, comfortable in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again! Brother, hubby and son LOVED the jacuzzi, the pool didn’t really heat up enough to comfortably get in, would opt only for jacuzzi if staying in the winter again… NICE PLACE, thank you! ❤️❤️❤️
