Summary: A gorgeous well appointed house with everything you need. We loved that this house was a short walk to the beach. The pool and outdoor area were perfect. We stayed total of 4 families with young kids up to age 10 and everyone was super happy with the property. Would %100 percent recommend!!!

Summary: We came to this property for our daughters Sweet 16 and to spend fall break! Pictures and descriptions do not do this place justice as it is more impressive in person! The location to the beach, the amenities, the pool and hot tub, the list goes on and on. Communication was excellent with owner and property manager. We are already planning our next trip here! Book with confidence and have the best of times!

Summary: Our family spends at least one week a year on 30A. We fell in love with the beaches, the beach houses, and the friendly people. Each house we have stayed in has been unique and tends to take on its own personality. The Carousel was no exception. It was a warm and friendly place where we felt at home. We often gathered in the comfortable living area to watch a new series, enjoyed family dinners full of love and laughter, and escaped to the backyard, where we cooled off after a fantastic day at the beach. Though the house is large, we felt close. The Carousel was the perfect place for our family to relax, connect, and, most importantly, make memories that will last a lifetime.

Summary: We have been vacationing at 30 A for over 15 years. This is by far our favorite house that we have ever stayed in. With our family of 22 people, every need was met. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and with such a large group it was wonderful having double appliances! The rooms were large and provided extra sleeping for our grandchildren. The top floor game room was enjoyed by all. The location to the beach was very convenient and was not crowded! The property manager was easy to reach with any questions that we had, and really tried to make everything perfect for our stay! We cannot wait to come back next year and enjoy this beautiful home again!

Summary: This was a terrific rental. We had three families consisting of 17 people. It was large enough to comfortably have another family stay. Proximity to the beach was great and very quiet beach area. Outdoor living area was outstanding and the kids lived out there. We used the top floor to watch ncaa tournament and see the sun set. Communication and everything else makes this a perfect rental.

Summary: I booked this spring break trip the Sunday before we left. I booked the property for Saturday to Saturday. I was completely blown away by the facilities. This home is delivers everything you could expect. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with equipment. Everything was doubled. Plenty of ability to cook for 20+ people. There were plenty of toys to keep the kids occupied. Sonos sound system made managing music delightful. Pool was clean. Most everything you could have wanted was provided. Had a couple chances to interact with management company and found them to be extremely responsive and pleasant. I would stay here again and are already looking at next year. Thank you.

Summary: House was nice and located close to the beach. There were no beach / pool towels provided. The bath towels are the same towels you would get at a mid range hotel at best. There were no bags for the cornhole game. Had to communicate with the host to get the hot tub turned on during the day. There were no towels in the half baths and few towels in each of the bathrooms. The pool alarm was malfunctioning when we arrived and would go off when ever the door was opened as the button did not work. Had to get someone out there to repair it. The front door had to be dead bolted or it would not stay shut. Will never rent from the host again. Booked the house 3 months out and the house was listed as pet friendly. Sometime during the 3 months the host changed the listing but did not notify us until 7 days prior to arrival. Was told not to bring our dog and they would not offer a refund. The host required us to prove that the listing changed. When we did prove it with screen shots of our booking they waited until 3 days before arrival to say that they would make an exception. I’m not sure what exception that were making since they changed the listing after we booked it. They then indicated that we would need to pay an undisclosed amount for a pet deposit and would more than likely have to pay for a professional cleaning service at an undisclosed amount. It took another 2 days to get them to state what the charges would be and by that time family had canceled there plans due to the uncertainty of being allowed at the house. We will never do business with the host or owner again and I will never recommend them to anyone. They had plenty of time to notify us and allow us to cancel the booking but instead changed the listing and then declined to work with us until we got VRBO involved. The host was unprofessional and rude on the phone. Needless to say this vacation was ruined by the actions of the host and owner.
