Summary: The property was in a great location from the Air Force Academy. The accommodations were as stated, however it doesn’t have a place for 6 people as said. We had four and made it work, but one of us had to stay on couch, since they were not a couple. The added extras were very nice, having coffee provided was great and being able to do laundry for my cadet son was excellent. It was a great place to stay for a couple nights. I thought not having central AC would be uncomfortable but the window units kept the place very cool.The host was easy to work with, would recommend renting.

Summary: We had a great experience. The apartment doesn’t have central AC and it was HOT while we were there 90+ everyday. We asked the host if she could provide additional fans and she installed a portable AC! Wow, above and beyond. Everything else was great, only downfall was it constantly smelled like pot. If you get headaches from strong smells I suggest staying somewhere else.

Summary: Place was perfect- had a kitchen with everything you needed. Upstairs shower was spacious and had rain shower. We came during the hottest week of the year and the air conditioning was located in the bedroom upstairs, wish it was on the main level but again normally it’s never that hot.
