Summary: The duplex was a perfect size for us and our adult son. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. We didn't use the backyard but it looked like a nice private setup. Our truck was too tall for the garage but the driveway worked just as well. Loved having the washer and dryer after camping on our road trip into Colorado. There was some traffic noise at night when a loud car would occasionally go by on the major road a couple of blocks away, but the double pane windows helped out immensely. Stairs to the upstairs bedroom may be too steep for those with limited mobility, but us seniors did fine. All in all we are glad we chose this home for our stay.
