Quiet, residential, clean in-law apartment, minutes from I95. Private entrance on ground floor, with bedroom (king bed), bathroom, kitchen and living room with queen sized sofa pull-out. Off street parking right outside the door, central heat and air, high speed wifi and lots of fresh air. The apartment is spacious yet cozy, and fully appointed. Linens, towels (baths & beach) and kitchen wares are supplied. Also available: beach chairs, large tote and small cooler.
Attached to family home on 1st level with private entrance and owners on site.
4.5 miles from I95 in Scarborough, just south of Portland.

Summary: Our stay was fantastic. The property was so peaceful and off the beaten path. It was very cozy and clean. Exactly as descibed and the hosts were great. Even though we were in the apartment attached to their residence we did not k ow they were there unless we needed to communicate with them. It was the perfect place for out getaway.

Summary: We really liked this place. The scent of pine and surrounded by trees was very private. Although attached to a larger home it was as though they weren’t home. We used the location as a hub to be able to get anywhere north or south in 20 minutes. The inside was exactly as pictured. Very comfortable space.

Summary: Nice little apartment close to every thing! Amenities were as described, bed very comfortable, good shower and very quiet neighborhood. Owners were responsive to a small issue with hot water faucet in bathroom - they fixed it promptly. There is not a washer and dryer though and I missed having this as we had a 16 day stay. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Summary: The hosts are helpful, and the place was lovely! Loved the outdoor space. It was so beautiful at night. Not a far trip to Portland or other places if that's what you're looking for. Would 10/10 recommend.

Summary: Property was outstanding. Beautiful home in a lovely quiet neighborhood just a short 15 minute ride to Portland or half hour ride south to Kennebunkport. The apartment was well equipped with every thoughtful convenience. Sorry we didn't get a chance to see Lisa or Jim maybe next time.

Summary: We had 4 adults stay comfortably. This is a very nice neighborhood and we felt very safe during our stay! The apartment had some essentials during our stay (shampoo, coffee pods/creamer, condiments), which was nice. There was an issue with the water during our stay, but Jim and Lisa were fast to respond and the problem was resolved within a few hours.
