Summary: We had a great 3 night stay. Pickleball was loads of fun. House was very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Only a short walk to the beach. When asked questions, the owner was super reponsive and even provided a very thorough welcome package filled with local things to do, places to visit, restaurant ideas, et al. The back deck for dinner was great, but when it rained dinner inside worke!

Summary: We returned to this roomy, comfortable home for a second stay. It’s a lovely house, with plenty of space for our extended family, a well equipped kitchen, and a beautiful yard. Walking distance to Higgins Beach, or an easy drive to Portland. We had everything we needed and felt well taken care of!

Summary: We stayed at the Higgins Beach home at the end of July 2025. Our group included 14 adults and 7 GC from six months to 11 years old. We also leased the attached apartment. The property was clean, cozy, comfortable and very quiet. When not exploring the surrounding areas, we spent much of our time in the large pool or playing pickle ball. Meals were enjoyed in the dining room or the outside deck. Except for groceries the kitchen was well-stocked with condiments and everything else needed for cooking. The GC kept busy with play sets that were provided. Despite the large group, we never felt crowded. The owner, Marilys, responded to any question quickly and efficiently. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are returning next year.

Summary: Our extended family gathered here for Thanksgiving and the house was wonderful. Well laid out floor plan; nice, well stocked kitchen; large table and living room; enough space for us to be together but not on top of each other. We loved the easy walk to Higgins beach, and on site amenities. Hope to return next year!

Summary: Stayed here with 17 adults in May 2023. Everything was as advertised and the property was beautiful, well stocked and had plenty of sleeping space. The owners were very communicative, accommodating and flexible. Would highly recommend.

Summary: We had the best time staying at this home! There were 15 women that all fit perfectly in the MOST comfortable beds in the coziest home. Marilys was the nicest person to talk to and helped us have the best time possible. I could not recommend this place enough! We are already planning another trip here!
