The owner & property manager are incredibly helpful if needed for any reason (though it’s been rare we’ve needed anything). The house is so cozy & the perfect distance to all the best of ME. We’re counting down the days until our stay next year already!

Summary: I loved everything about this house! The house was clean and well-stocked with pretty much anything you could need. It is very comfortable and was very clean when we arrived. I had my dogs with me and they enjoyed great walks on the beach (before 9 AM and after 5 PM) and just hanging on the porch with us. The proximity to the beach is great and also several restaurants are in walking distance. A great find!

Summary: It was a great time . The weather was great they had chairs to take to the beach. Only thing my sister was in love with the pull out couch said it was the best she ever slept in and it was gone this year .

Summary: We love to stay at this cottage. The location is perfect if you love the beach and good restaurants in walking distance. It has enough space for us all to spread out and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. It is our favorite place to spend a week each Summer.

Summary: Spent a wonderful week at Pine Point. This was a great cottage for 4 people (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Only minor drawback was the small shower, would be perfect if there was also an outside shower. Otherwise this place has everything you could need in a great location.

Summary: My family has been staying on Pine Point since 2018. We’ve outgrown the cottages previously rented so we booked this home for the extra space. It was wonderful. Had nearly everything anyone could need. It was clean, bright & comfortable. We were walking-minutes from the beach & a short drive to others. It’s an easy ride to multiple outlets for shopping & even shorter ride into Portland for some city time. Couldn’t ask for better!
