Looking for a longer term accommodation but don't want to hassle with lengthy leases? This spacious apt comes fully furnished with kitchen and plenty of privacy. Residence is rural, but within 5 minutes of great shopping and 15 min from the university.
Quiet and safe neighborhood. This apartment is connected to our family home but maintains a private feel as it sits above our garage. Being on the 2nd Floor, the apartment provides some great views of Missoula's surrounding mountains.
Disclaimers:
- This is a non-smoking & non-vaping/e-cig family friendly apartment. Please no smoking, vaping, marijuana, or illegal drug use in the apartment nor on or around the property.
-The apartment does NOT have a washer/dryer so guests need to find a laundromat during their stay. We will wash apt linens/towels periodically when requested.
-We do have 3 children who love to play outside and you may hear them as they play if the windows are open.
-We may be able to accommodate more than two guests. Please don't hesitate to ask.

Summary: Amy and Adam's rental was just perfect for our 4 nights in Missoula! The rental had everything we needed. The coffee bar was a nice touch. Quiet neighborhood and close to shopping needs. Highly recommend. Nice couple to chat with as well. Next time I'll have to tag along on a river raft trip with them:)

Summary: Very clean upstairs studio apartment!! Close to the university and downtown Missoula. This is our second stay!! Owners are very kind and responsive. It is their residence, so you will hear children at play. Would rent again.

Summary: From check-in to check-out, perfect! Adam and Amy were the quintessential hosts. They were so friendly and gracious, attentive to our every need. The apartment was incredibly complete with regard to set up and attractively furnished. For 700 square feet, it had everything we needed and more. Kitchen was well stocked with everyday needs as far as spices, pots and pans, etc. I prefer their bed to my own. It was lovely and quiet and I want to go back!

Summary: The apartment is a nice large space in a quiet subdivision. The heater is a gas stove fireplace and that was really neat. The only thing was that I didn't know the second bed was tucked away in the closet. The first night I slept on the couch. Easy communication. I would stay there again.

Summary: Quiet, Beautiful, and serene. Our hosts were kind and courteous and we communicated as needed. Everything you could ask for was available and I would recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay in the Garden City. You need not have to go any further than the Trough on Clements for your dining and shopping needs.
